Stephen Denning Stephen Denning is Director of User Experience at User Vision. Steve believes that great experiences are grounded in a deep understanding of human behaviour, and spends his time helping a range of organisations around the world to better understand their customers and design products or services that meet their needs in a usable and engaging way. As Director of UX at User Vision (a small, but perfectly formed, UX consultancy in Edinburgh, Scotland) he provides strategic-level input to clients and leads the team of talented consultants, delivering quality insight for clients. Prior to User Vision, Steve spent time at Bentley University’s User Experience Center, and was a Principal Consultant at PA Consulting Group. He studied Human Factors from Bentley University, MA, and Computer Science at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh.
