Jennifer McGinn Jennifer McGinn is the Senior Director of UX at Veracode | CA Technologies, a global leader in application security. She has over 20 years of experience in design, user research, customer advocacy, technical training, and documentation. She is a mentoring co-lead for UXPA Boston Conferences. She has a BS in Information Systems Management, and an MS in Human Factors in Information Design.
