Wendy Castleman My background in experience design, design thinking leadership and deep curiosity about people has led me to a wonderful career designing experiences and inspiring organizations to be more human-centered, creative and experimental Over the past 20 years, I’ve built and applied my own skills on enterprise, mobile and cloud-based products, mentored hundreds of people, transformed a company culture and taught thousands of people about Experience Design, Design Research and Design Thinking methods. I have worked for Philips, Lucent, Motorola, Remedy and Intuit, and am now founding a UX Career coaching company. I have a PhD in Cognitive and Perceptual Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.
