Rick Sobiesiak Rick Sobiesiak has worked in user-experience research and design at IBM for over 25 years, contributing to the success of a wide range of enterprise and small-business offerings. He has held both management and senior technical roles, and enjoys trying new approaches to hearing and championing the voice of the user. He holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto and Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
