Karl Melder Karl Melder is a Senior Design Researcher at Microsoft, who has devoted a most of his career to productivity tools for developers. He has had the privilege to apply his education and experiences in UX research, computer science, UI design and human factors to find himself with a steady stream of new and exciting challenges in search of practical solutions. His sweet spot is doing mixed methods customer and product research, finding convergence in the data, gathering insights into user needs, and doing all this collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
