John Murray As a Design Lead for IBM’s Hybrid Cloud organization in Austin, Texas; I work with engineers, designers and product managers to deliver intuitive user experiences to enterprise customers. I use design thinking everyday to create empathy for our users and integrate it with our agile development practices. I’m passionate about being a design thinking practitioner. When I’m not doing design thinking with my team, I’m teaching it to new hires in the studio or to members of AIGA across the country.
