Jennifer Edgar Jennifer Edgar is the director of the Behavioral Science Research Center at the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Her work focuses on questionnaire design, question wording and qualitative evaluation methods. Jennifer holds a Ph.D. from the University of Virginia.
