Elizabeth Pratt Elizabeth Pratt, PhD, is the Director of User Experience Research at Express Scripts, a Fortune ~25 company that specializes in pharmaceutical benefits and online pharmacy. Elizabeth received her PhD in I/O Psychology at the University of Connecticut in 2006. She has been a UX practitioner since 1998, concentrating in DoD, technology service companies, and now healthcare. She resides in Austin, TX, and is a wake surfer and bee keeper in her spare time.
