Elena Tran Elena is a Research Assistant at Westat with more than 1 year of experience with usability testing and website design. Although she is fairly new to the field, she has attended many usability testing webinars and recently completed a course on qualitative research methods from the University of Amsterdam. She is a candidate for the Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) certification from Human Factors International. Her experience includes developing prototypes and mock-ups used for consumer testing of a Federal health care quality website. She is the task lead for the User Acceptance Testing team on her project, where she is responsible for leading a team of testers for performing holistic testing of the website.
