Claire Kayacik Claire Kayacik is a UX Researcher at Google, currently supporting consumer-facing aspects of Google Shopping and Express. In her work, Claire focuses on bringing creative solutions to traditional as well as novel research methods, incorporating psychological principles and improvisation techniques to break open qualitative data and gain deeper insights into user needs.
Prior to discovering her love of UX and earning a master’s degree in human factors and ergonomics, Claire worked as a university English teacher in Beijing, a PM at a publishing company, and an improviser at an educational simulations lab.
