Caron Garstka Caron Garstka is a Senior UX Researcher at Express Scripts, working on a cross-functional User Experience team that comprises User Research, Accessibility, Data Analytics, and NPS. Since starting at Express Scripts in early 2017, Caron has focused on quantitative and qualitative methodologies to help aid data-driven decisions in healthcare technology. Before joining Express Scripts, Caron worked for an Austin-based research agency designing and conducting studies to help clients better understand and respond to the behavior, perceptions, and expectations of their markets.
Caron holds an MS in Information Studies from the University of Texas at Austin, with a focus on user experience research methodologies and information policy.
