In this this pre-conference session, experienced UX practitioners will learn how to balance research and evaluation methods that inform good design, while supporting continuous releases in a fast-paced environment. We’ll look at ways to achieve a flexible approach that meets the needs of these seemingly conflicting efforts. We’ll also explore common Agile ceremonies and team/squad staffing, the pros and cons of Sprint Zero, its alternatives and strategies for making the most of design spikes. Participants will come away with the tools they need to successfully integrate design thinking methods, in an Agile environment, one sprint at a time.
