Robert Racadio Robert Racadio is the design research manager in Customer and Digital Experience at Premera Blue Cross, a health insurance company based in the Seattle-area. He established, and now leads, an omnichannel research team driven by the desire to help healthcare work better. Prior to that, Robert has also worked as a user experience researcher for government and non-profit organizations.
