Lan Guo I am a user research manager supporting Advertiser Experiences team at Facebook. Since 2005, I have helped organizations build various products and services. Some examples are telecommunication service offerings, workflow-based hospital information system, behavioral modification program for obesity patients, in-car tablet, consumer-facing social media campaign, and e-commerce website. Prior to Facebook, I was a Design Researcher at IBM Design helping build enterprise mobile platform. I received my Master degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Georgia Tech, and my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
