Kathleen Ingraham Kate Ingraham is the Director of Educational and Training Programs for TLE TeachLivE™ at the University of Central Florida. She received her Ph.D. in instructional technologies and her primary area of research focuses on the design of simulated learning environments to promote emotional engagement and empowered learning. Using interactive technique and instructional design, Kate strives to build compelling virtual experiences for all learners.
