Jessica is an insights leader with nine+ years experience in academic research, user experience, market research, strategy, and innovation.
Throughout her career, Jessica has had a strong interest in a deeper understanding of human behavior and motivation, as well as the cultural, social, and market influences on decision-making.  Furthermore, her focus has been on using applied and collaborative methodologies to problem solve within communities, with clients, and for end-users and customers.
Jessica has extensive experience in qualitative research techniques, facilitation, innovation processes, usability testing, cultural analysis, participant observation, and project management.
