Jean Fox Jean Fox has been a user experience specialist at the Bureau of Labor Statistics for 20 years. She works on the design and evaluation of numerous BLS systems. She also works with Survey Methodologist colleagues designing surveys to collect all kinds of data, including BLS production data, input from stakeholders, and feedback from staff to improve BLS processes.
Her Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD are all in user experience-related fields. She is currently the Treasurer of UXPA International and co-chair of the User Experience Community of Practice, a cross-agency group that supports user experience efforts across all levels of US government.
