With background in decision-making science and cognitive psychology, I am currently building the discipline of User Experience Research from ground up at Ellation, Inc. – a video products such as Crunchyroll, VRV and Creative Bug – that connect passionate audience to great content across platforms (web, mobile, Livingroom) – and help redefine the future of media interaction and consumption.

Before Cindy was conducting product research efforts to understand consumer and enterprise users for Silicon Valley startups such as Box, Quora and Zoosk, she was trained of the rigors of social science and marketing research at leading research centers located within Stanford, Columbia and the University of Pennsylvania. In her free time, Cindy likes to practice yoga and reformer pilates, blog about the most exciting Korean beauty products and try the latest green smoothie recipe in her beloved Blendtec.
