Alison Decker Alison Decker is Manager of the Corporate Technology User Experience Research and Design team within Liberty Mutual Insurance. Self-branded as “café|x”, her team offers an a la carte ‘menu’ of research and design activities across internal organizations such as HR, Legal, IT, Security, Finance, and Innovation Programs. She also partners with the IDEO CoLab in Cambridge, MA and sits on the board of advisors for a non-profit immersive ocean learning lab. She has a B.S. in Information Systems Management, and an MBA with a concentration in Human Factors in Information Design.
